Clinical Supervisor and Registered Psychotherapist

It can be a big step to begin counselling or to connect with a new therapist.

It is also an exciting step to reach out for supervision in your journey to becoming a therapist.

I have been working in social services for over 25 years and have been practicing as a therapist since 2005.  I practice from a variety of theoretical lenses - including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing trauma therapy (CPT), Adlerian (psychodynamic), narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and strength-based approaches.

I have been providing Clinical Supervision to experienced and emerging therapists since 2012.  I enjoy supporting individuals in the development and fine tuning of their clinical skills.  I meet the criteria as a Clinical Supervisor with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Yorkville University.

However, most importantly, I practice from an anti-oppressive lens - which means that you are human first - and I honour your experiences based on culture, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, trauma history, etc.

NEW IN MAY 2026 - OFFERING BRAINSPOTTING THERAPY SESSIONS (see FAQs for more information).

Brainspotting is a therapeutic technique that uses specific eye positions to help individuals process and release deeply stored emotional and somatic trauma.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you to move in a direction that you find most helpful.
